  • Full-Time Opener

  • Hourly compensation - $15.00/hr

  • Anticipated schedule: 9:15am - 4:45pm

  • We are looking for someone who has the ability to work autonomously and has a self-starter mentality. This person needs to be reliable, consistent, good with time management, prioritizing tasks, and interacting with customers. The opener is responsible for cooking boba, setting up the store, and is comfortable working on their own. This individual will serve as the main contributor to store success by ensuring all products are made to the highest standards. The individual should expect to maintain a clean kitchen exceeding health and safety standards and be willing to take on additional tasks as delegated by the store manager. Additional hours may be  provided as demand increases the first half of the year. The cooking responsibilities are beginner-level and will be taught over a paid two-week training period. This position does require you to be physically able to lift 50 lbs. or more as our tea kegs can get heavy. 

  • Store Manager

  • Salary full-time compensation - Starting at $30,000+/year - Negotiable

Be a part of the growth while we work on expanding our company! We are looking for a motivated individual with minimal leadership experience to help us take our store to the next level. Thorough training is provided by the founders of Pop ‘N Tea Bar to prepare you for success. The store manager is responsible to be available on the weekends to oversee operations and provide coaching, routine tasks such as inventory and deposit on the weekdays, and maintain consistent communication with the board of directors. Reliable transportation is necessary with mileage compensated.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales and profitability while ensuring the customer experience meets Pop ‘N Tea Bar (PNTB) standards.

    • Teaching, coaching, and training leadership in your store to ensure compliance with operational systems and health and safety standards.

    • Fostering PNTB culture and beliefs overseeing the store with a focus on the customer experience.

    • Team member and management development while assisting with sales goals and controlling expenses.

    • Inventory Management and cash deposit.

    • Assisting with the hiring process and recruiting where necessary.

    • Scheduling of staff and coordinating coverage as necessary.

    • Making sure the store is operational during business hours and communicating when repairs may be needed.

    • Ability to work on special projects as delegated by ownership.

  • Boba Shop Entrepreneur Mentorship

  • 3-6 month rotation

  • Potential to cover shifts and work at $14.50/hr

We will teach you how to operate in a lean and efficient way and share our operations with you. Ideal candidate is flexible, open minded, full of intellectual curiosity, and willing to lend a hand with special projects.
